They can also see All conversations from across their company in a separate view. • Users can manually follow or unfollow a conversation, which adds it to their default view of Inbox • When a user sends a message in a conversation, they are automatically subscribed as a follower of that conversation, adding it to their view. • If someone is assigned to an account, they are automatically subscribed as a follower of any conversations with that account, adding them to their view.
