Switch SendGrid to Two-Click Unsubscribe
We keep running into problems where our clients are getting unsubscribed from their own website's emails. Sometimes it's an accident and they click on the "unsub" link in an email, but now I'm finding out that some email platforms and antivirus extensions are testing the links inside emails as a safety measure but this causes the recipient to be opted out without them knowing. I suggest that the integration with SendGrid be updated to a "Two-Click" unsubscribe process. This would prevent accidental unsubscribes from happening while continuing to keep the option available in all emails. Otherwise, there needs to be a better way of managing/controlling the unsubscribe process for clients and agencies. Agencies should not have to reach out to support to investigate email issues and clients should feel more confident in their agencies abilities and command over the their software and services. Without it, we just look bad in front of our clients. Support update of plugins
I have been told paid website support only updates plugins once every 3 months. The clients pay for this monthly and thus I think plugins should be updated monthly. I consider this is a security issue for their websites. Similarly new WordPress updates should also be used within that month. I apologize if this has been addressed elsewhere.
Request to add File Manager in WebsitePro Dashboard
Hello Team, Can we have File Manager editor where we can see all the files and also allow us to zip/unzip them. We need that functionality on the WebsitePro Dashboard. This will be helpful to troubleshoot and also be a great feature among other hosting providers. Thank you TEAM!
GDPR Compliant Hosting
Currently your Load Balancers of Google Amor are hosted in the US region. This can become problematic for European and especially German customers as they can and will be taken to court for transferring personal data (ip-address) outside of Europe. Can you therefore please either a) create a WebsitePro instance in the EU region or even the new German Region Google Datacenter to operate WebSitePro for European customers in a compliant way, or b) create a dedicated European/German load balancer point of presence or a reverse proxy point of presence with a european/german IP-Address, in order to assure GDPR/DSGVO compliance.
Add Edition to Admin Dashboard Column
It would be very handy to see in the column which account is on Standard or Pro Version. Please add this Info.
Supporting Wordpress Multisite
WordPress supports the idea of running multiple websites from a single WordPress dashboard. The host is required to enable it when the core WordPress files are installed on the server.
Enable Custom Subdomains
Please consider adding the ability for us to use custom subdomains for Website Pro App
Embedding Page Speed Insights
We will be embedding the report coming out of page speed insights into the application so that partners can be given suggestions for how to best improve their website performance in addition to getting their performance scores for their sites.
Toggle to Disable Websites
When an SMB fails to pay the partner on time, the partner is able to quickly replace the website with a splash screen indicating that the website is not available.
