The verification loop ("Verification: Confidence=...", "Reflection: Refine") enforces rules that are in neither our role nor our capabilities, for example "never tell the user to contact a business" and "always include house recommendation", and rewrites the answer accordingly. The first rule conflicts with giving emergency contacts. It also once took the values in a tool response for the values the tool was called with, reported them as wrong and had a correct answer generated again.
Request:
  • disclose the rules the loop applies
  • let us switch single rules, or the whole loop, off per employee
  • show its checks and decisions in the conversation explanation
  • state whether the loop also runs in the website widget
Impact: predictable answers and prompts that can be tested.
