We would love the option for a voice recording → voice-to-text input feature inside Vendasta’s AI Chat tools. Specifically, this would be available within the AI Chat receptionist and any additional AI chat modules where users are interacting conversationally.

Think of it like ChatGPT’s mic feature: a user taps a microphone, speaks naturally, and the chat converts that to text in the conversation.

Primary Goals:

Allow users to interact with AI Chat hands-free or faster than typing.

Improve usability for teams who prefer verbal communication.

Make AI Chat more flexible for real-world workflows in the field or on the go.
