Ability to Set Exact Time for Campaign Email Delivery

Currently, Vendasta Campaigns allows users to select the days of the week for sending emails, but it does not provide an option to specify the exact time (hour and minute) emails are sent. It would be highly beneficial to have the ability to schedule the delivery of campaign emails at a precise time of day. This feature would help optimize open rates by targeting recipients when they are most likely to engage and allows agencies to better align email delivery with marketing strategies or client requirements.
Use Case Example:
An agency wants to send promotional emails at 9:00 AM local time to maximize visibility when recipients check their inboxes in the morning. Currently, this level of control is not possible.
Requested Solution:
Add a scheduling option in the campaign setup that lets users select both the day(s) and the exact time (hour and minute) for campaign email delivery.
Thank you in advance for considering this improvement!

Thank you for the suggestion! Currently, sending through Automations does allow you to approximate send timing today by using the “Delay until” action as well as the “Start a campaign for contact/company” step. These provide some flexibility in controlling when messages go out, though we recognize this isn’t the same as selecting an exact hour and minute in Campaigns.
We also agree that having more precise scheduling in Vendasta Campaigns, such as choosing the exact send time, would offer meaningful value for engagement optimization and for agencies with specific timing requirements.
The good news is that modernizing campaign infrastructure with Automations is already part of our roadmap for 2026, and improvements like this will be considered as we plan that work.
Thanks again for the thoughtful feedback and clear use case, it’s very helpful!
