We’ve overhauled the standard welcome email into an engaging preview of completed work.
When invited to Business App, clients receive a dynamic onboarding email showcasing everything the AI has already accomplished. Throughout early access, this new email has already driven logins to Business App up by 21% over the previous welcome email.
- Flexible Invites: Trigger the new onboarding email directly from the Account page or through the contact's Access Business App card in your CRM.
- Automated Delivery: Soon, this high-converting onboarding email will automatically trigger for every newly added user.

Do I have to enable anything on September 1st?
No, the Easy Onboarding experience will turn on automatically!
Will Vibe automatically build websites for all my accounts?
No, a site is only generated when the onboarding email is sent, and only if Vibe Free or higher is active on the account at that moment. Tying it to the email prevents sites from being generated for accounts nobody will ever look at.
Do I need Vendasta Payments for this to work?
Not necessary; the experience will still work. Without Vendasta Payments, upgrade requests come through as orders on your existing workflow.
Can I configure how my clients and prospects experience this?
Yes, you can control how clients order, and everything is based on the products that you activate and the business’s own information. For more information on customization, visit our documentation:
How long does the onboarding email take to arrive?
Usually 5–15 minutes on a new account, to allow provisioning and the Vibe site build to finish (when Vibe is active).
Can I see the real email before my customer does?
The in-app preview is sample content. To see the live version, add yourself as a user on the account and send the onboarding email to yourself.
Can I still send the old welcome email?
Yes. It's still available as a resend option, and is being relabelled to reflect that it's the set-password email.
What dates show on the "work already done" card?
Actual product activation dates, not the rollout date. Anything activated more than 30 days ago drops off the card, so long-standing clients won't see stale items.
Can I send this to existing customers, not just new ones?
Yes, you can send the onboarding email to existing users. Keep the 30-day rule in mind — a client who's been active for years will see a much shorter list.
