Your team's availability, finally visible in one view
Until now, checking your team's schedule in the Business App meant scrolling a flat list of appointments. There was no way to compare team members side by side and no quick way to spot an opening. The redesigned calendar replaces that list with six views you can switch between, filters for team members and service types, and full booking management directly from the calendar.
  • Column View (Teams)
: Your entire team side by side on a shared time axis. Each column is a staff member, each row a time slot. Drag column headers to reorder them to match how you think about your team.
  • Day View
: A single-day hourly breakdown for focusing on today.
  • Week View
    : A seven-day grid for short-term planning.
  • Month View
: A full-month overview with event density that adapts to available space, useful for spotting coverage patterns.
  • List View
: A chronological list grouped by day, for a quick read without the visual weight of a grid.
More than new views
  • Filter precisely
: Check or uncheck individual team members in the sidebar, or right-click a name and choose
    Display only this
to isolate their schedule. Switch to the
    Services
tab to filter by service type instead.
  • Click any open slot to book
: The booking dialog opens pre-filled with the date and time you clicked. Drag across slots to set a longer duration.
  • Drag to reschedule
: Drop indicators show the proposed time — blue for valid, red for a conflict, striped grey for a time in the past. Conflict detection accounts for each service type's setup and teardown buffer minutes.
  • See full booking detail in one click
: Client name and contact info, service type, duration, assigned hosts, booking questions and answers, guest emails, meeting link, and room or locationReschedule, edit, and cancel options are available from the same panel.
  • Color-code your team and services
: 27 options per member — nine base colours across regular, light, and bold intensities — so busy days stay legible.
  • See external busy time
: When a team member connects their Google or Outlook calendar, their busy and out-of-office time appears as a non-bookable "Blocked" slot. The event title is never shown, so personal calendar details stay private.
  • View linked multi-service appointments
: When a client books several services in one session, the detail panel lists the complete appointment: every service, time, duration, and provider.
Why it matters
Before this release, deciding where to slot a new booking meant guessing, or checking each team member's schedule one at a time. Double-bookings and awkward reshuffles were the cost of that guesswork, and every conflict was a conversation someone had to have with a customer.
Now the whole picture is in one view. Front-desk staff can answer "when can you fit me in?" while the customer is still on the phone. Owners can see coverage gaps before they become a problem. And because external calendar busy time now appears as blocked, you won't book over a team member's lunch or day off.
Who it's for
  • SMBs that run on appointments — salons, clinics, trades, professional services
  • Front-desk and admin staff managing bookings on behalf of a team
  • Agencies supporting SMB clients who need staff-level scheduling visibility
How to get started
Available now in the Business App. No setup required: the redesigned calendar is the default view.
View your team's schedule
  1. In the Business App, go to
    CRM > My Meetings.
The calendar opens in Column View by default.
  2. Use the view switcher in the top toolbar to move between Column, Day, Week, Month, Year, and List views.
  3. Navigate dates with the arrow controls, or click a date on the mini calendar in the sidebar to jump directly.
Filter what you see
  1. In the left sidebar, check or uncheck team members to show or hide their bookings.
  2. Right-click a member's name and select "Display only this" to isolate their schedule.
  3. Click the "Services" tab at the top of the sidebar to filter by service type instead.
  4. Use the search bar inside Team Events to find specific bookings by name.
Book a new meeting
  1. Click any empty time slot. The time is pre-filled automatically. Drag across multiple slots to set a longer duration.
  2. Add the contact you're booking with, then select the event, date, and time.
  3. Confirm to save. You can select up to five event types in a single booking.
Reschedule or cancel
  1. Drag any event card to its new time slot and release to confirm, or press Escape to cancel.
  2. To cancel, click the event card and cancel from the detail panel.
In Column View, dropping a booking onto a different team member's column triggers a confirmation before the provider is reassigned.
FAQs
Q: Do I need to turn this on?
A: No. The redesigned calendar is live in the Business App now and opens by default at
CRM > My Meetings.
Q: Will my team's personal calendar details be visible to everyone?
A: No. When a team member connects Google or Outlook, only a "Blocked" placeholder appears — showing their name, the time, and the duration in their assigned colour at low opacity. The actual event title is never displayed. Both busy and out-of-office statuses are treated as blocked.
Q: What happens to bookings assigned to a team member we've deactivated?
A: Deactivated staff appear in a separate sidebar group so you can still review their historical bookings. New bookings can't be assigned to them, and the calendar flags existing bookings that need reassigning.
Q: If a client booked several services in one appointment, does dragging one move the rest?
A: Yes. Linked services move together by the same time offset, so their relative spacing is always preserved.
Q: Does the calendar remember my filters between sessions?
A: Yes. The team members and services you have checked carry over, so the calendar opens exactly as you left it.
Q: Does conflict detection account for prep time between appointments?
A: Yes. Each service type can be configured with setup or teardown buffer minutes, and the calendar factors these in when evaluating whether a slot is available.
