What's Changing
On March 10, 2026
, we will be adding monthly support ($49/month USD) to all new AI Receptionist Setup activations. Support will be mandatory for the first three months, and will renew month to month afterwards. With this addition, the name will also be updated to AI Receptionist Setup and Support
.Why this Matters
Partners have been expressing the need for support beyond the initial setup. While the initial implementation gets the service live, ongoing support in the first few months is critical for:
- Ensuring correct configuration and routing
- Refining workflows based on real-world usage
- Minimizing early-stage friction
This change creates consistency and ensures peace of mind with every new activation.
