Business App
- [CRM] Create Sales Tasks in Business App, just like you can in Partner Center, to help your clients stay on top of action items like making follow up calls, booking demos, or putting together quotes. [1:25]
- [CRM] Help your clients build accurate, comprehensive communication records inside their Business App CRM by logging all email communication under each Contact. Learn how to set up AutoBCC and email forwarding here. [1:52]
- [Inbox Pro] Set a secondary color for the "Send" button and chat bubbles of the AI-assisted web chat widget to match the its appearance to the style and design of the website on which it's installed. [1:10]

- [Task Manager] Share files with clients to collaborate on fulfillment. Your clients can view shared files in the Projects area of Business App, and leave feedback or share files of their own to expedite the fulfillment process. [3:37]
- [Task Manager] Opt to have either a task or a project auto-created to address issues requiring attention, such as listing errors, a wrong answer in a Google Q&A, or a mention on social media. [4:15]
- [Task Manager] Be reminded to save when editing a project's custom fields. [4:52]
- [Vendor Center] The Work Order status "In Review" now displays to partner admins and salespeople as "Vendor Review" to clarify that it is the vendor that is reviewing, and no action is needed. The status will continue to display as “In Review” for vendors and partners' clients. [5:38]
- [Vendor Center] Search Work Orders by Work Order ID, Sales Order ID, Product ID, Business ID, or Reseller Partner ID with the new search bar. [6:05]
