Hi Vendasta Support Team,
I am reaching out to consult with your technical department regarding a challenge we are facing with our current signup and purchase flow. We are experiencing significant drop-offs due to friction between lead registration and final conversion.
The Current Issue:
Source: A lead registers via a landing page for a specific product (e.g., AI Voice Receptionist).
Post-Registration: After creating an account, the user is redirected directly to the Business App dashboard, but the product is inactive.
Friction: The user must then manually navigate to the Store, search for the product, and complete the checkout process.
The Result: This multi-step process causes confusion and lowers our conversion rate, as users lose urgency before completing the payment.
Our Desired Onboarding Flow: We would like to implement a more streamlined, "Payment-First" sequence:
Landing Page → Account Registration → Immediate Redirect to the specific product’s Checkout page.
Activation: Once payment is confirmed, the product should be automatically provisioned.
Access: The user enters the platform only after payment, with the product already active and ready to use.

We're currently planning some work that would streamline the SMB signup experience and allow them to experience a product like Conversations AI more effectively. While it may not match this flow exactly, we're looking at options that are flexible for partners while optimized around industry standards.
