Allow contacts to have multiple email addresses

We frequently have contacts with multiple email addresses and it results in us having duplicate contact entries for those individuals. For example, firstnamelastname@pmc.com and firstnamelastname@pmc.net. Allowing us to merge the contacts as duplicates and have the contact card show both email addresses would be the preferred route.

Thanks for bringing this up! We do currently support an additional email field on contact records, which can help capture secondary addresses in cases like the example you shared.
That said, we understand that duplicates still happen when a contact engages using different emails, and the ideal experience would be the ability to merge those duplicate contacts and have the combined profile retain multiple email addresses. Duplicate management, including more flexible merging, is something we’re planning to explore as part of our 2026 roadmap.
Appreciate you highlighting this use case, it’s exactly the type of scenario we want to support more seamlessly in the future.
