Thanks for the request! We’re currently working on expanding email capabilities within the CRM, including the ability to send emails directly using Gmail and Outlook integrations. This enhancement will also pave the way for more advanced workflows, such as AI-assisted email processing.

A solution is planned for release in H1 2026, so stay tuned for updates as we get closer.
