This was critical before, now it's worse as the Vendasta platform itself is creating duplicates. When I schedule a meeting in Bookmenow, the AI generates an event summary and creates a new contact for the person in the meeting. Of course, I already had him as a contact. And also when a person completes a contact us form even if they are already in the CRM they get entered as a new contact. And if they also happen to chat with the AI, They get another contact record. Even better if they added their company to the form or when talking to the AI we get duplicate companies too.
