Sub-User Invitation and Management:
Enable clients to send email invitations to team members, colleagues, or partners directly from their account dashboard. Clients should be able to manage these sub-users, including adding, editing, and removing access permissions as needed.
Customizable Access Permissions:
Provide clients with the ability to customize access permissions for each sub-user. This could include view-only access, edit access, or full administrative control over specific sections or the entire account.
Activity Logs and Notifications:
Implement activity logs and notifications for the primary account holder, allowing them to monitor the actions taken by sub-users within their account. This feature would help maintain transparency and accountability among team members.
Easy Collaboration and Communication:
Incorporate collaboration tools, such as in-app messaging or comment features, to facilitate communication between the primary account holder and sub-users. This would enable seamless collaboration and information sharing without needing to rely on external tools or platforms.
Permission-Based Reporting:
Allow primary account holders to access reports on sub-user activities, including changes made to the account, projects completed, and time spent on various tasks. This feature would be particularly useful for tracking team performance and optimizing workflow efficiency.

Thanks for sharing this, Frankie! We definitely want to prevent those kinds of bottlenecks and help Business App users manage themselves for effectively. This is something we're reviewing so that users can receive the right level of permissions management while still ensuring that partner-level settings are respected.

I just want to echo Ryan’s suggestion here.
The ability to invite users to the Business App with customizable permissions, track their activity, and collaborate directly inside the platform would be a huge benefit for anyone managing accounts with multiple team members. It would streamline workflows, increase transparency, and save them from relying on external tools for basic collaboration.
This is still a relevant need, and I’d love to see it prioritized in a future update. Although this feature was proposed a couple of years ago, it remains important today.

THIS is well thought out and would allow clients to invite their VA's, Social Media Content Manager(s) who are either employees or vendors and/or webmaster, designers etc...into WORKING on the client's behalf ALL IN ONE DASHBOARD and reporting...which will promote more use, expanded product implementation and may lead to new partners who see the value of our tools...
THIS is a home-run. Please implement this.
