Task Manager Needs Full Modern UI/UX & Feature Set Overhaul

We need a full task manager feature set in a modern app. Here's a current list of feature requests:
- Customizable Kanban style card views
- Client Facing Ticketing system - ideally integrated with Ai and automation rules that can auto add & assign tasks based on user input
- Time/Project Tracking for team members
- Time/project Reports - a report showing the tracked time and projects completed by a specific user in a given date range - exportable in CSV or PDF
- Task Weighting for standard and high priority tickets
- Task Manager Permissions controls - users only have access to the tasks or boards they're assigned to.
- Better task assignment planning - currently there's no simple way to visualize work loads and assign tasks accordingly. Kanban will help with this, however we also need the ability to show calendar views per user, and move tasks around as needed to manage individual schedules
- Ability to sync Contact details from CRM to the Business Account in Task Manager without typing everything in manually.
- Ability to update Market the business app is assigned to from Task Manager
- Ability for team members to access Business App acc directly as an admin without being added as a Partner Center CRM user. Current configuration allows task manager users to open Business App ONLY by clicking the account's link directly in Task Manager - no direct access. Update would allow team members to access Business App directly, and have access to the all the accounts assigned to them without needing to go back to Task Manager each time.
UI/UX: Update the entire layout and design to modern standards.
