Competing products have Deleted Review Monitoring, a differentiation that was really highlighted again during the latest Google Reviews purge/bug/tweak.
Whenever legit reviews and review responses disappear, it's critical to be able to take as much data as to Google as possible for the appeals process.

The deleted / edited review feature has been a part of Rep AI for more than a year. I was told by support that it is no longer functional, but remains on the single location dashboard (see attached). I agree that it needs to be brought back.
