Adding acceptance of Terms of Service to the "Create password screen"

If I am a Partner who wants for their Users to accept TOS before signing into Business App, I would like to be able to configure the following:
- Add my own TOS
- Have the User having to accept them on the "Create Password" screen (Please see the screenshot of how this could look like. On this page, User should be promted to check the acceptance box otherwise he/she shouldn´t be able to click "Submit" and get to Business App.)
- In addition, as a Partner, I would like to be able to track/export all Users who accepted the TOS (and when)
User experience:
1) User receives an Email to set up their password to access Business App (already in place)
2) User clicks the button in the email (already in place)
3) User is directed to the Create password screen (already in place)
4) User enters the password (twice- to confirm) (already in place)
5) User checks the box, where he/she is accepting the custom TOS (new suggestion)
6) User clicks "Submit" to save the password and is directed to Business App (already in place)
That way there would be no need for the pop up window with the entire TOS to scroll through and accept in Business App anymore.
