Are there any plans on creating updated white label markting videos, flyers, materials for the new AI marketing tools that have been introduced? It would be great to have an updated set of collateral to go to market with. Thanks.

When a campaign is Paused there is a pop up that says campaign was paused but then goes away. Another user still has no idea. A Paused campaign needs to have an indicator. Real life example: A multiple step email campaign is set up to promote an event. The event sells out and the campaign needs to be paused. No one knows if it is really paused and no longer sending out emails.

It would be great to have the ability to receive a text message whenever a new conversation is started in inbox, whether webchat, sms, or contact form. Currently you guys send email alerts after AI is done responding. It would be nice to be able to get SMS messages as my sms messages get my attention much quicker then emails, allowing me to follow up much faster when someone is interacting in my inbox.

I've noticed that, often, the voice breaks at the start of the call with a short 1-2 second period of silence. Occasionally, this occurs during the call recording notification, sometimes a few seconds later while the AI is introducing herself.

How can I make so multiple lines are an option when people want to type out a message instead of just a single line? It would be a nice feature to have.

If agencies are truly demoing the software correctly then Pro editions are needed to do so. I think 1 Pro version of each app should be included in our plan so we can use it on our accounts without having to purchase each separately.

What would be a awesome feature is to have the Inbox AI respond back over the Facebook channels just like it does in the web chat, so if the company doesn't respond in time the chat can still answer based on its knowledge to google chat users, fb users. User can make it a choice where the company wants the AI to be able to auto respond.

SMS campaigns are coming to Campaigns Pro in Business App. Soon after the release, you'll also be able to get unique copy for clients' SMS messages with AI, just like you can for their email campaigns.
