In regards to searching for contacts in customer voice apparently caps matter. If we want to search by name we must capitalize the letters as they are listed on the client file. Please allow it to search regardless of capitalization. The search feature is also extremely slow to load results. When we finally get the contact we want to send a review request to it's not pulling in customer first name dynamic text on outgoing review requests, its just blank. I reached out to support as I thought this might be a bug. Their response was basically that the search is working as intended and that there is a bug in pulling the first name into the review request. They suggested I file a roadmap feedback post.

Please provide the Support Articles as a white label content so that we can actually share them also with our customers. Or, at least, make them entirely neutral in URL ( knowledgebase.io or such) and brading that we can use and share the same. Currently this is not possible due to the Vendasta branding and it creates a huge effort to copy & paste, edit and unbrand them before we can share them with customers.

Currently, the web chat assistant in Inbox asks for a name and SMS number when capturing a lead, and also asks for an email address as a fall back if the user doesn't want to provide their SMS. Some businesses may want to have their web chat assistant ask for an email address first – in addition to (or instead of) SMS. They may also want it to ask for an additional contact field, like address.

Would it be possible to integrate Xero Accounting ( https://www.xero.com/ca/ ) into the Admin/Billing? If we could easily or maybe automatically import all transactions, Invoices, Payments, etc., to our booking software Xero, that would make our lives a ton easier. Plus it's also a selling tool to sign up more customers. Our accountant would also love that, as it makes life a lot easier.

Would like to enable call forwarding for the assigned number provided with Inbox Pro. Some businesses may have customers that prefer to call versus SMS. Call forwarding would allow the business to forward their assigned Inbox Pro number to be forwarded to their main business number.

What would be a awesome feature is to have the Inbox AI respond back over the Google and Facebook channels just like it does in the web chat, so if the company doesn't respond in time the chat can still answer based on its knowledge to google chat users, fb users. User can make it a choice where the company wants the AI to be able to auto respond.

SMS campaigns are coming to Campaigns Pro in Business App. Soon after the release, you'll also be able to get unique copy for clients' SMS messages with AI, just like you can for their email campaigns.

As a salesperson or administrator of the CRM, I would want to be able to manually update the Primary Company associated with a Contact. Currently there is no clear way to do this outside of removing all other Company associations with a Contact.

Is there a possibility of leveraging Google QA to be integrated into the knowledge. Ideally it would be a section in the knowledge that you would be able to choose which questions and answers that you would want to leverage in the chat bot.
