We do see a big gap in the very basic feature set of the eMail campaign product. This feature is provided from every "Free" tool on the market. When sending a drip campaign, which is possible in the product by using delay and the next email etc. it is important to segment the eMail to be sent next according to the following criteria: dropped/bounced, not opened, opened and clicked, opened not clicked, when more than one link in the eMail click ID is important to know what CTA was clicked. We urgently need such features in Campaign, either within the eMail campaign editor or as part of an automation.
