I'd really like to see an upgrade that combines proposal, contract, invoice, and payment into one interactive file with branded templates, expiration dates, client package selection, and automations. This would streamline client onboarding, accelerate revenue, and align us with platforms like HoneyBook (I love their proposal system for services, but they are not an agency platform like Vendasta.)

It would be helpful to be able to customize the time range when viewing meetings - for example, selecting only a specific month instead of viewing the entire calendar - in the "My Meetings" interface.

It would be helpful to be able to clearly display negotiated or contractual discounts directly in client-facing proposals to meet internal approval requirements, align with customer expectations, and accurately convey the value and cost of the proposed solution. Surfacing fixed or percentage-based discounts at the product or proposal level, similar to what’s available when invoicing, would be incredibly helpful.

It would be very convenient to have a "copy link" to a new Order to add to a proposal or an email given the generic nature of the Order emails sent from Vendasta. The feature should improve the connection between Partner Center (where you manage orders) and Business App (where clients approve them).

Sometimes we need to reuse email campaigns and it would be a lot easier to do so if we were able to move them from partner center where we initially created them to whichever business app we need them in at the time. Same with Lists.

Please make the Contact field, in the Partner Center CRM, clickable.

Embedding CRM forms is a nice feature, but it seems less than ready for prime time. Couple of features that really should be available out of the gate. Placeholder text fields for all fields. They are completely missing on the Email and Phone Number fields. Arguably, the most important fields. Multi-column and inline options. Padding options for fields and container. Ability to hide labels and use placeholder text for condensed forms. Ability to select fonts or add your own custom font-family name so the font with match the website the form is on. Custom CSS section for advanced designers. At the moment, the CRM forms are just not usable in a professional setting. Clients want their forms to match the design they paid for. I do hope this is something that doesn't take long to consider an implement, getting clients to use the Business App on a regular basis is a challenge, the CRM is great way to keep them engaged and logging in, which in-turn helps you retain those clients. Please do this soon!

The current Snapshot Report website widget allows you to place the widget on a certain page of your website. It would be great if we could create a "floating" Snapshot Report button similar to a web chatbot (or incorporate with the chatbot) that follows the website visitor while on your site.

The only way to message with our team via Partner Center is to message our company that is an account. This is rough because we are getting double notified as a chat in partner center and at an account level. There's got to be a better way
