It would be wonderful to have a PDF automatically attach to the automated electronic invoice process. In some cases, a client cannot open the link because of their organization's security measures. I believe this will improve the customer experience and strengthen the customer relationship by providing clarity and transparency.

Change or update the disclaimer when ordering products
The partner(ELFR) wants to add an option to display a legal disclaimer (with links) either above or below the “Agree to purchase” button in the checkout flow – after entering payment details. The purpose is to ensure users acknowledge and accept our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund/Cancellation Policy before completing the transaction.

Inbox / Inbox Pro as PWA App / Mobile App
Please provide the Inbox/Inbox Pro as a PWA standalone app mainly for the use of smartphones. With the addition of Google Q&A, Live Chat, SMS and others, this unified inbox will need to be monitored at all times. However, customers are not always in the business app on a computer. The current business app is not at all mobile ready and therefor unhandy. In order to drive user acceptance and adoption a standalone PWA inbox would be very beneficial.

Dentrix Integration
When looking to integrate Dentrix into a client’s dashboard for use with Reputation Management (and potentially other products down the line), we’ve noticed that the current integration appears to only support significantly older versions of the software. Is there anything on the roadmap to support newer or current versions of Dentrix? Just wanting to get a sense of whether this limitation is temporary or something we should plan around. Fix sales orders on mobile
Sending a sales order for approval only works properly on desktop. We have clients trying to approve orders on mobile and the sales order is all jumbled and not readable, looks terrible. Sales orders should be viewable and approvable on desktop, tablet and mobile. When we are meeting with a prospect and can send them an instant order to approve we have to wait for them to get back to their pc. This leads to more lost opportunities than if we were able to proceed during the meeting.

Dynamic Fields From Account Custom Fields In Email Campaigns
It would be great to have the ability to insert dynamic fields from the custom fields of an account this way we can personalize an email based on custom data which would increase the emails response rate.
