Dynamic Fields From Account Custom Fields In Email Campaigns

It would be great to have the ability to insert dynamic fields from the custom fields of an account this way we can personalize an email based on custom data which would increase the emails response rate.

Not sure why this is not a standard feature but i hope its on the roadmap. I need to be able address my client's with a dynamic field in the email.
