When managing hundreds of posts for customers in the scheduled calendar it is very difficult, cumbersome and tedious to find certain posts. Can you please add a filter/search to search for the content of posts to see all with i.e. "80/90 Party" for example.

Since Google will allow users to make suggestions to hours and other information. It would be helpful if the sync checked the main business information (Name, Address, Phone, Website and Hours). If it found anything different from the vendasta profile, then it would correct it. With the importance of having correct information on Google this would help to reduce the amount of user changes to listings. Especially important for restaurants.

Right now, Partners / SMBs are unable to use Google's new type of post "Offers" through the SM Pro tool or the multi-location groups. This is only possible to do through GBP natively and is something most other social platforms have the ability to do.

The review widget is not a reliable source of review data. Overall star ratings and number of reviews do not match Google Business Profile reviews. I have to subscribe to Elfsight to get a review widget that is accurate for my clients. I would really like to leverage Reputation Management for this, but until this is fixed, it raises questions from clients as to why our data isn't accurate. Please consider fixing this issue. I've already submitted a support ticket, they said I needed to add this as a feature request.

Lots of businesses receive reviews that include images. Currently RM does not pull in images and it would be important for a business to see the associated image to a review before responding within the system.

The ability to enter contacts and request reviews is great; however, not knowing whether the customer you emailed or texted left a review is unacceptable. There needs to be a way to indicate in the contact/review dashboard whether someone wrote a review. It would be helpful to know if the person left a review so we can determine if we need to send them a second request.

Looking for a way to have the Review Display widget show multiple locations instead of just one location. We've had requests for this and it's currently not an option.

Create daily backups for the staging environment when it is active. When staging is merged into production, the staging backups are cleaned up.

I often find that I have to explain to clients that Local SEO is NOT and SEO optimization service, but rather online listing management and TRACKING of keywords. With the name change of Listing Distribution to Citation Builder coming (applause for making that name more clear), I'd ask if a name change could be considered. I found the previous name of Listing Builder to be more descriptive of what the product does, but I'd be open to anything to help avoid confusion with SEO optimization services.

I see that Cloud Campaign just announced that you can now schedule threads on X through their platform. I would really like to see this added to Social Marketing if possible.
