Currently, Inbox shows on all Executive Reports, even when the product is not active on the account. It would be extremely beneficial to "hide" or "remove" this Product if inactive to not skew the reporting. As it is, the report looks like we are underfulfilling a service due to no activity, and it is directly below the Impressions, Leads, and Engagement in a very predominant section.

Add an AI summary generator on the Executive Report. Include performance highlights across the marketing funnel and optimization recommendations relevant to the selected reporting period.

Currently little to no insight into when a Business App user has viewed their Executive Report. Salespeople and admins would like to see if users are interacting with the report, when, and what sections they're specifically interested in.

We get this question often from clients; "How many visits did we get to this specific page?" It would be great if the Executive Report had a section under website for the Pages & Screens data collected by GA4. Currently, we have to manually send that data or have the client directly access Google Analytics for it. We'd really like to keep them in the business app as much as possible.

Executive Report e-mails should allow customization to include something other than just a link to the Executive Report. Many customers are not clicking through to their Executive Reports, how many we don't know because this information is not currently available. Most of the SMB's we represent are more interested in the results of the work we do for them than the work itself as they are not technical and don't care about the particulars. If we could have the option in the Executive Report e-mail to include the Marketing Funnel and/or the Google Business Profile performance it would be a great, quick reinforcement of the fruit of our efforts, which is ultimately all SMB's care about. Put differently, customers are not getting enough visual reminders of what they ultimately pay us for, results. Doing this would be an easy measure to increase customer retention.

I would love to be able to link linkedin to executive reporting to see social analytics.

It would be helpful to be able to organize and hide/display sections on Executive Reports and incorporate 3rd party data as needed so I can produce automated monthly reports tailored to each of my clients, demonstrating proof of performance on the services I provide to them.

I received an email notifying me of two new listings, with a button to view the report. However, the email didn’t specify where to look or which listings were new—it left me to figure that out on my own. It would be far more effective if clients didn’t have to search for wins. Instead, the information could be included directly in the notification email or highlighted in the executive report. Either way, it’s great that you’re sending updates, but this could be even better by making it easier for clients to recognize and celebrate their successes.

Can we get email and text deliverability metrics into the Executive Report? Such as how many emails were sent, how many texts were sent, click-through rate, number of clicks, etc. Also having it as an extra table in the funnel beside Impressions, Engagement, Leads. I think it would be a great way for partners to show attribution and proof of performance for their clients using Campaigns Pro

The Google Search Console data currently offers visibility into the number of clicks as well as the average position for respective keywords. It would be extremely valuable to also show the number of impressions so that clients understand the number of queries and how often those queries are converting to clicks.
