In Partner Center we can create a Hot Lead when an email is opened by a contact. We need to bring this to Business App in order to elevate the Business App CRM. This would need to be added to the Automatons.

Automation: When a contact open an email from Campaigns Pro > Notify a User (in app / send email / send Text).
