In regards to searching for contacts in customer voice apparently caps matter. If we want to search by name we must capitalize the letters as they are listed on the client file. Please allow it to search regardless of capitalization.

The search feature is also extremely slow to load results.

When we finally get the contact we want to send a review request to it's not pulling in customer first name dynamic text on outgoing review requests, its just blank.

I reached out to support as I thought this might be a bug. Their response was basically that the search is working as intended and that there is a bug in pulling the first name into the review request. They suggested I file a roadmap feedback post.
