Email or text notifications for inbox messages

The chatbot feature works well, but if the messages only go to the inbox on partner center and not email or text it won't get responded to immediately. I would like this to send me a text or email when a lead is generated or for the inbox to email me when something is received.

Partner Center web chat lead capture now sends an email notification. You can enable notification for yourself in notification bell settings area:

This feature is needed for both internal and client-facing. It would be great to have a notification sent for a new inbox message, otherwise it sits there unanswered. Currently, one has to be constantly logged in to the catch any new messages into the inbox.
