Hot Lead / Active User Emails to include User info

Include the User information in 'Hot Lead & Active User' emails so we know 'Who' is in the platform. Currently, we only receive the Company Name and that could be anyone connected to the account.

Hey, I just wanted to share a workaround that you might find helpful, while the hot lead emails do not include the user name, it's possible to create a new notification via the automations system that's sent when one of your users is active in Business App, and it includes the user's name. You can find this automation template in Automations > Create automation > "Notify your team when a Business App user is active".

Vendasta Team: Thanks Josh. I already have this set-up and it does not show the User, just the account. I set it up again to see if anything changes with the new set-up.

Jim Montague: There were some recent changes to that template to include user name, make sure you have these fields in the notification message content:
{{ firstName['{.WorkflowStep.trigger.user_id}']}} {{ lastName['{.WorkflowStep.trigger.user_id}']}} is active in {{ business_name }}

Vendasta Team: That seems to work. However, I am getting two eMails. One on the account, one on the user. Will that activity be logged somewhere so that I can draw a report on user activity by customers?

Furthermore we can not see what action was actually done. So. But if fly by night.
Also it would be great to see an activity list of all activities users have with the business app to see the customer engagement or non engagement.
