We've given you (partners that voted on this feature as of this writing) early access to Facebook integration for all your SMB clients with Inbox Pro active. Please let us know if you activate it, and what success you see – or any issues you encounter. We'll be releasing to all partners in coming days.
Note: The connection flow to Facebook can be a little confusing, we're working on improving that right now.

Vendasta Team Hello its the end of February and there is no update on this and also the instagram integration has moved into a separate post which wont start until facebook has finished. It is frustrating when the goal posts keep moving and we're left to deal with broken promises to our clients.

Google Business Messages integration is coming with the first release of Business App Pro, and we're going to integrate Facebook and Instagram DMs into Inbox as well. Drop a comment if you agree with those networks as the most important, or if we should consider other networks!

Vendasta Team: This is AWESOME news for the platform! Now it will be as good as many of the top recognized competitors in this space! Hopefully the Facebook/Instagram integration can also include Messenger integration

Other platforms ... Podium, Chekkit, etc. already have Messenger integration in their inbox function. This is a big selling point for them and why some of our clients have opted to move to those platforms for their communication management and review management.
