Any updates as to when this function will be available. I have some clients leave to competitor Birdeye that has this function. Please advise, much appreciated as this would add more Client loyalty along with our CRM system.

Yes, and make this available not only for the US and CA but globally as outside the both countries this can't currently being used at all.
