Need Support for White Label products

It is important that Vendasta provide technical support for white label products you offer, like the new Business App. It is critical because when we sell something like that to our clients they expect us to help them when they have technical issues. While we may be able to help them with simple issues, we cannot help them with more complex technical problems.
One company that we sold a similar all-in-one product like your business app did not do a very good job of providing support for our clients so it left them upset and mad at us. Ultimately, without proper support by a product, it difficult to sell and retain on client on a platform like this.

I'm so confused by this request. I've always received very prompt support regarding any questions about the Business App.

Anita Layne I am pretty sure Dale is referencing White-Labeled support of the White Labeled Products. For example we use GoDaddy white-labeled domain reselling - Our clients that purchased domains get a phone number to call for domain support. It goes to a GoDaddy team, but we completed a scripted based on our company "voice" and they answer and behave as employees of our company while working through the clients support issue. If the client needs additional non-domain related support they take the information down and let them know that a team member that is better suited for that support need will be reaching out. It's actually pretty nice and makes it so you don't end up playing middleman on their support needs.
