Welcome to Vendasta's December 2024 Product Launch! Now available, an ordering system for marketing agencies that simplifies ordering, billing, and payment collection for your team, and provides a seamless purchasing experience for your local business clients.

Simplify with Sales Orders
Sales Orders help you sell what you want, how you want. Updates include:
  • Navigate away from draft sales orders without losing your work. Draft sales orders are auto-saved.
  • Ensure sales orders have all the items a client needs, and none they don't. Required products are added to sales orders automatically, while already active products are displayed.
  • Create one order for products with different billing terms. Set terms for each line item in a Sales Order (or set them at the Opportunity stage). End dates can be set now, and the ability to set start dates is coming soon.
  • See what details will be needed to complete and fulfill the sales order immediately after adding each product. Applicable order and fulfillment forms are accessible in dedicated tabs when drafting a sales order.
  • Collect approval and payment details up front. Submit orders for approval by the customer, or have your salespeople submit for admin approval to ensure details are correct and pricing is appropriate.
Set and Forget with Subscriptions
Subscriptions make managing recurring revenue easy. Updates include:
  • Never overcharge or be overcharged. Products are automatically deactivated on end dates set in billing terms, and the associated billing and payment collection is ceased.
Reminder: When enabled, Subscriptions are automatically created for all Sales Orders, providing accurate financial records that can be used to improve sales forecasting, reporting, and more.
Get Paid with Vendasta Payments
Fully integrated with your Partner Center CRM and powered by Stripe, Vendasta Payments facilitates accurate, timely payment collection. Updates include:
  • Connect your existing Stripe account to Vendasta payments to centralize transactions and financial records.
