  • [Billing & Payments] Add tax exemptions for specific products and packages when sold in certain locations to ensure accurate tax application for each product and service you sell. Learn more
  • [Campaigns & Snapshot Report] Create and send Snapshot Reports quickly by creating a campaign, and clicking “Add Snapshot.” This will create or refresh Snapshot Reports for the primary company associated with each recipient of the campaign.
  • [CRM] Avoid duplication when adding prospects via Find Nearby Businesses. The search results now include Companies that are already in your CRM, but only new Companies will be added when "Create Companies" is pressed.

  • [CRM] Welcome your sales team to a white-labelled Partner Center.* Once you’ve set up your custom domain for Partner Center, any user logging in using that unique url will see a white labelled log in screen.
  1. Any partners who have not white-labeled their Sales & Success Center will see a new “Partner-Center” button that will bring them over to the new CRM. Any new salespeople added to your team will receive a welcome email that will direct them to Partner Center, where they will only see the CRM components to which you’ve given them access.

From June 24th on, Sales & Success Center will no longer be offered to new partners. All current Vendasta partners will retain access, but transitioning sales operations to Partner Center is strongly encouraged in order to get all the benefits the new CRM has to offer. Learn more
