Add a new trigger: “User views an Executive Report”

It would be great to be able to trigger an automation based on a user viewing a version of their Executive Report. This would allow open lanes of creativity for Partners to react to customer engagement with their performance reporting and build processes around customer retention and the ability to monitor customer engagement more readily.

The ability to trigger an automation based on a user viewing their Executive Report could indeed open up some exciting opportunities for our Partners — from tailoring follow-up messaging to identifying at-risk accounts based on engagement patterns.
Not sure I have all the answers as the Automations PM so i'll take this request back to the Executive report team and investigate what it would take to support this type of event-based trigger. I’ll keep you posted as we explore the feasibility and potential pathways forward.
