Yes, this trigger criteria might be a bit tricky. 
As an agency I might want to re-create a snapshot every 3 to 6 months and provide it by an eMail marketing campaign to our customers. 
The trigger could be "If {Listing | Website | Reputation | SEO | Social | Advertizing} Score increased by {n}, send the new snapshot to customer in eMail campaign {campaign name}, else report to account manager {salesperson} only.
