Hi, we receive notifications that a client left items in their shopping cart. When I click the link to see what they left so I can start a conversation, it takes me into ssc on the client's account where it again shows the message that they left items in their cart. That is where it stops. There is nothing to click and no further information. Support has said that while the customer will receive an email showing what they left in the cart it will not show us. I feel that it would be extremely helpful if that message and link took us into ssc and showed us what was left in the client's cart.
