A very needed option is the ability to allow clients to submit a ticket. The best use case would be to have any customer ticket create a new project/task in task manager for that account. Assign it to a "Support Person" and notify via inbox.
The best option certainly would be to have this be a piece of the platform but, at the very least allow integration with tools like Zendesk (which Vendasta support already uses) Freshdesk or Zoho, etc..
