The ability to have reviews filtered on a webpage before sending to Google, Facebook etc. That is, have Reputation Management provide code to put on a webpage that allows 4 -5 star reviews (for instance) to go directly to Google, Facebook etc. but have 3 star and below reviews send an email to the site owner so they can contact the reviewer and hopefully convince the reviewer to leave a 4 or 5 star review. I thought this was already part of Reputation Management but was told by Tech Support that it is not. I know a number of other reputation management platforms that already offer this service
