NEW INBOX - why is this not in rep management with everything that needs a response in one place???
Glad we are catching up there are other platforms that already have this capability already... but what I can't figure out is why you're creating another product that people need to buy vs having one place and all customer/ online engagement in rep mgmt??

Messages from i.e. Live Chat, SMS, Facebook, Instagram etc. are not necessarily relevant in Reputation Management. Therefore I would not see the unified Inbox in Reputation at all but as a separate and top Item as it is now in the Business App.

Hey Devan Wickline – we're building Business App into the "one place" that you're talking about. It'll continue to be configurable with different features to meet how many of our partners choose to sell or not sell certain features – but will contain everything under one login, in one app experience. You'll notice that review and local seo features are now available from within Business App without going anywhere else – same for messaging, new CRM features, and Campaigns that we'll be showing off in more detail at Conquer Local on Nov 30th. I hope you'll attend to see what we're releasing :)
