While I hear you - prior to building out my agency, I had been a Director of sales at a software company that was focused on using AI for reputation management and learned that Yelp is asking for as much as $250k/year for API access to be able to read/write responses to reviews on their platform. This is likely the reason why Vendasta won't build it. For whatever it's worth, if your clients are asking about Yelp, I've been downplaying their role for almost a decade and nearly 100% of small business owners will agree that yelp is evil. When you bring up Yelp's site traffic post-covid (down nearly 85%, while Google Business Profile traffic is up nearly the same volume) it usually ends the frustration and they will just write off Yelp altogether in their mind.
