Post Instagram stories through Social Marketing > Compose.

When I compose a post I would like to use Canva within SM for designing images which will expedite the content creation process.

The most frustrating issues for our customers is the upload of their images to be posted to the various Social Media Channels. That is something the platform should take care of and make use of the uploaded image and render/size it accordingly to the respective platform in the background and seamless for the user.

We currently can post Instagram Reels in Social Marketing, however the API for Facebook Reels just recently became available. Would be great to have this functionality as well.

Looking for more information included in the Social Marketing insights. Hoping to include demographic information and number of followers. Other social posting and reporting tools include this information.

While Content Syndication using integrated RSS-Feeds is easy, such a feature would be urgently needed to post reviews received in Reputation Manager. In Social Marketing Compose Post you click the new button, select any of the reviews and "use review" to publish. That would be a great start. Later on this could be improved by filtering to only show posts with text and only from n-star rating. That way it will be ease to spread the good news on great reviews for the business through their social media channels.

HI team, When using Social Marketing and adding hashtags, it would be excellent to have a pop-up of potential search numbers that you are hitting for that hash tag, similar to if you do it on Instagram directly. Thanks!

I must use several tools including Kapwing to get trending audio from Instagram to videos. I know there must be a tool out there that does all these things. As a business owner posting in Social Marketing, I want to increase the accessibility of my posts by adding alternative text for images. An alt text generator could be built into the Social Marketing dashboard (possibly using AI).
