Conversations AI

We want to offer our clients a white-label AI-powered web chat widget that can be embedded on their websites. The widget should allow for full branding customization (logo, colors, etc.) and be managed through the Vendasta platform. Ideally, it would leverage Vendasta's AI and CRM integrations so client conversations are tracked and actionable.

When communicating with clients through Inbox, a user could quickly create a task while in the Inbox interface, and assign it to themself or someone on their team, to ensure they don't forget an action item.

We received a request from one of our largest Google advertisers using Inbox Pro regarding the ability to download selected chat conversations, similar to how chats are saved in a Zoom call. The goal is to easily copy and paste specific chats into their CRM — not all, just selected conversations.

Thanks for adding the Powered by branding on Conversations AI webchat. Requesting ability to customize it. Specifically, the URL to which it points so that it can be directed to a sales page specific to Conversations AI versus the agency home page. Additionally, it would be nice to customize the displayed text in certain use cases.

As a partner with my own CRM system, I want to be able to add my own chat widget to Business app so that my customers can message me from their Business App and I can receive and manage the communication in my external CRM system.

on webchat the ability to upload an image would be very useful. Now I get that there is potential for this to be abused but I do think that it could be something that was only available once somebody has given a name email address and telephone number - even if it just allowed a link at that point.

Currently - When a user returns to the web chat, their previous conversations are visible for a few weeks as the session is saved. We’d like to give users the option to clear their chat history from web chat, so any other users on the same device cannot see the conversation. Context: This is a VERY important client of us. When a form is submitted with an image, the image should either be viewable in the message stream in Conversations AI or linked from there, instead of only available in "Files" on the Contact record in. the CRM.
