It would be great if the Mobile App could work like a text messaging system. A conversation is initiated, the business gets a notification on their phone that someone wants to chat and clicking the notification launches the mobile Business App and can reply right there in the app. This seems like an easy "win" when selling the Conversations AI to any business that works "in the field". Is this in on the roadmap for future development? Am I the only one suggesting this?

It would be great if the chatbot could capture UTM and GCLID tracking elements to help identify paid leads that have interacted via chat.

I would like to be notified by SMS text when someone leaves their contact information via the Chat Widget in Inbox Pro. I tried to create an automation (as mentioned here: https://support.vendasta.com/hc/en-us/articles/23007538689303-Send-SMS-via-Business-App-Automations-in-Inbox ) but it only appears that I can have the system send the person who left the contact information a text, not me. Is there a way to do this? I would like a SMS text message sent to me (or one person delegated on my team) with the submitter's contact information (and possibly the thread of the text in the Chat Widget (see: https://share.digitalwires.net/L1ubE2Yn ). Just the alert would be a great start. Many clients, including myself, do not regularly check our Notification Center and emails have become too commonplace. A notice via SMS text would be an extremely useful option. If InBox Pro can send a SMS text to the Chat Widget submitter, why not us? The technology would seem to be already integrated into InBox Pro. Thank you.

What would be a awesome feature is to have the Inbox AI respond back over the Facebook channels just like it does in the web chat, so if the company doesn't respond in time the chat can still answer based on its knowledge to google chat users, fb users. User can make it a choice where the company wants the AI to be able to auto respond.

Inbox messaging app is available for partners on a mobile phone, with push notifications, so it's easy to know when a new lead comes in and reply to that lead wherever you are.

Just like a small business can get a local texting number in Business App, let partners get a local texting number to communicate with customers via SMS in the platform.

Please provide the Inbox/Inbox Pro as a PWA standalone app mainly for the use of smartphones. With the addition of Google Q&A, Live Chat, SMS and others, this unified inbox will need to be monitored at all times. However, customers are not always in the business app on a computer. The current business app is not at all mobile ready and therefor unhandy. In order to drive user acceptance and adoption a standalone PWA inbox would be very beneficial.

We're losing out on deals because Inbox Pro can only crawl so many pages. We've had two where there's an issue with Inbox not being able to crawl their 5000+ pages of products. If this costs additional, it would be a nice add-on for customers who sell many products on their website.

Could you please make the ai chatbot available on whatsapp business, similar to the web based ai chatbot? The businesses can train that chatbot in the same way as the website chatbot with their own business knowledge and have some automations in place for responses and transfer to live agent. Majority of the features can be the same as the website based chatbot.
