AI Chat Agent Response to Media Files

Right now if the AI chat receives a message with a media file, it responds with "Sorry, I can't respond to that right now. Please try again later." We see this a lot in Instagram. This is an awkward response. It would be great if we could modify this response.

When we get spam messages in our inbox. Can we have in the dropdown shown a note that this is spam and that will also remove the contact from our CRM or block them? Some clients get a lot of spam messages from social media.
