I would just love it if I could add custom links to the Business App Menu. I have a suggestion box and changelog page for my clients, and linking to these pages via the Business App would really round out the Business App as a one-stop-landing page for my clients. See image for the visual of what I'm thinking of.

We do not have a big enough team to be able to have chat support and this is causing major confusion with our clients. They think the chat is available for support questions and issues, and then wait indefinitely until they realized there has been zero response, which results in slower resolution times.

With all the new Products and Options, please update the Roadmap Category with i.e. eMail Marketing, Inbox etc.
